Emotional Regulation is the ability to respond to ongoing demands and experiences in a socially appropriate
manner. Self-regulation or emotional regulation is now seen to be the major indicator of school success. Learn
how to manage meltdowns and outbursts in a way that honours the child and empowers the parent. You will
walk away from this workshop with language scripts to co-regulate with your child and ideas on how to create a peace-corner filled with effective calming tools that can ease big feelings inside or outside of the home.

To participate:
