If you’re a mom who has experienced a loss any time throughout pregnancy, during IVF, or after the birth of your baby, BridgeWay’s Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Group is here for you.
It’s not easy to reach out for support; we’re glad you’re here.
The Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Group is facilitated by Jodi Rouah, Registered Social Worker, who leads the group with kindness, compassion, and no judgement.
In this group, we will discuss topics such as: different types of loss, stages and symptoms of loss and grief (and how these are different for every individual), possible triggers and strategies to use when facing them, how to cope with comments/questions from others, and types of support. You are welcome to share as much or as little of your experience as you’re comfortable with.
Pregnancy and infant loss and grief can be so hard to talk about and every individual will have different experiences. If you’re questioning if this group is right for you, please remember that there is space for everyone.
Please note that this group is open to moms only. We ask that partners and children do not attend.
