These classes run Saturdays from April 5 – May 17. There is no class on April 19. By registering you are registering for all six classes.
Having a baby is an exciting journey filled with everything from happiness to anxiety to feeling overwhelmed. There is so much conflicting information from family, friends and the internet. Come get your questions answered with the most current information so that you can feel confident and prepared for this exciting time.

- Pregnancy, delivery and caring for a newborn
Joining prenatal classes between 20 and 30 weeks of pregnancy allows you to learn, practice, and prepare with confidence before your baby arrives. While this timing is ideal, we welcome families at any stage of their pregnancy. Partners and/or Support People are encouraged to come!
