Career Opportunities
Are you interested in working for an agency which works towards its vision of ‘Caring every day, building stronger families’?
BridgeWay Family Centre hires Registered Early Childhood Educators, and individuals with experience working with prenatal mothers, and/or families of young children to work at our EarlyON Child and Family Centres, Growing Together in Peel (CAPC), and Healthy Start (CPNP) sites across Mississauga and Brampton.
We look for people who recognize that the earliest years of a child’s life are the most important, and who understand the value of working alongside expectant mothers, and families of young children, to support them through the journey of parenting.

Volunteer Positions
Our volunteers help in many ways – in our programs, at special events, through child minding, or with administrative support. Here are some of the roles available for volunteers:

Join Our Board of Directors
Become a Board member to make a difference in the lives of families in Peel Region! BridgeWay Family Centre is seeking passionate and caring professionals to join our volunteer Board.
Board Member Responsibilities
- Our Board of Directors meets bi-monthly
- Individual committee meetings are bi-monthly
- 5 – 8 hours spent each month on board work
