This workshop is designed to describe and provide age appropriate strategies for parents to set limits, consequences and choices for their children.

Learning Language Through Play

How babies learn language. Discuss strategies to support them.


Nurture your child’s growth and learning through the Kindermusik experience. This music and movement class focuses on the total development of your child, aged newborn to 7 years.

Kids and Caregivers Together

This program includes a structured circle time, story and crafts. This program assists home care providers with additional early learning techniques and supports that can be used in the home setting, while actively participating with the children and facilitator. Only caregivers with two or more children can attend this program.

Infants And Separation Anxiety

"Separation anxiety is certainly a phase that nearly all children go through during their early years. As infants begin to explore their surroundings, they begin to realize that they are separate from their parents, and they begin to express this emotion in a number of ways."

Infant Massage

This 4 session program gives participants the opportunity to learn the art of infant massage while promoting the bond between infant and parent/caregiver. This program is designed for infants who are not yet mobile.

Helping Your Child Learn and Focus

We will begin by discussing basic child development and what are age appropriate expectations for children’s play skills. We will talk about following your child’s interests and share some examples of games and activities that parents can do with their child as well as some strategies to help your child to focus at the task at hand.
