A free, 4-part stress management series, for Black parents and caregivers focusing on cultivating and embodying mindfulness to reduce stress, prioritize self-care, build resilience, and support healthy parent – parent and parent-child relationships using unique components of African/Black culture that relate directly to them.
This program is facilitated by Mabinti Dennis – Founder and Director of Tulsi Mindfulness Pathway.
Participants will also be eligible for the following series: a 4-week in-depth continuum of self-care, stress management, and wellness for Black Parent/caregivers.
