Speak to a Registered Dietitian!
Did you know that you can speak to a Registered Dietitan at BridgeWay’s nutriton programs? Come ask questions about your family’s nutrition, and get answers that are specific to your family’s needs! Whether you’re looking for ways to increase iron in your baby’s diet, have questions about starting solid foods, want to learn new recipes or ways to customize existing favourites, or want tips for picky eaters, our Dietitians are here for you!
When Can I Speak to a Registered Dietitian?
Our Dietitians will be at Dietitian Chat, Snacks, Stories and Songs, and Healthy Start (Prenatal Program). Click the program names listed below to find out which program is right for you, then scroll to see the dates and locations that these programs are offered.

Meet BridgeWay’s Dietitians!

Huda
Huda Amareh is a Registered Dietitian who loves teaching people how to improve their eating habits through cooking healthy meals and having fun! She holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in nutrition and enjoys trying new foods with her husband.

Karen
Karen is a Registered Dietitian with over 25 years experience supporting pregnant clients and families. She holds a BAA in Nutrition, Consumer and Family Studies with an Interdisciplinary Health Promotion Minor. Karen is married and a mom of two teens. She enjoys cooking, trying new recipes, and gardening!
