Program Spotlight
GRAND-Parenting Workshops
Your GRAND-Parenting role and involvement is as unique as your family. Discover strategies to navigate your GRAND-Parenting role, expectations, and boundaries with your grown kids while sharing your wisdom and enjoying your time with your grand children. This program is facilitated by Family Education Centre every other Wednesday (beginning January 22) from 10:00AM-12:00PM at Gore Meadows EarlyON in partnership with BridgeWay Family Centre.
Postpartum Mood Disorder Peer Support Group
If you are a mom who is experiencing difficulties adjusting to life with a new baby or is coping with Postpartum Mood Disorder (PPMD), support is available.
Our PPMD Peer Support Group is a judgement-free space where you can talk about how you feel or just sit and listen to others. Child-minding is provided in the centre during the program; you are also welcome to bring your baby with you into the group.

Healthy Start Prenatal Program
Healthy Start provides pregnant women of all ages with the skills, confidence and resources needed to keep themselves and their child healthy throughout their pregnancy and in to the first 6 months after birth.

Family Education Centre (FEC) offers 2 hour workshops, eight week courses, 4 week mini courses, online e-Learning courses, parenting podcasts, downloadable parenting perspective tip sheets, and parent-to-parent telephone and text support; covering a variety of parenting topics.
