May Closures
Wednesday, May 6: All centres are closed during the day. Evening programs will open at 5:00 PM. Family Kitchen Online is cancelled on May 6, but Healthy Start Online will continue as schedule.
Saturday, May 16: Brittany Glen and Gore Meadows EarlyON Centre are closed.
Monday, May 18: All centres are closed.

Program Spotlight
Postpartum Mood Disorder Peer Support Group
If you are a mom who is experiencing difficulties adjusting to life with a new baby or is coping with Postpartum Mood Disorder (PPMD), support is available.
Our PPMD Peer Support Group is a judgement-free space where you can talk about how you feel or just sit and listen to others. Child-minding is provided in the centre during the program; you are also welcome to bring your baby with you into the group.

Introducing Solids Workshop
When looking into introducing new foods to your baby, the information available can be very confusing! In this free workshop with Ashley Pickett IBCLC, we will discuss all that you need to know about adding complementary foods to your baby’s milk diet. Topics include how to tell when your baby is ready, what the best first foods are, textures, timing, and amounts to serve, Baby Led Weaning, pureed foods, preventing fussy eaters and recognizing sensitivities, and how to create a positive eating experience and a healthy relationship with food.
