Music and Movement
Music and Movement is a program that focuses on physical activity with the support of music!
During this program, children are encouraged to move in ways that will challenge them and build confidence in their abilities. Together, we will move and groove to our favourite songs while using a variety of props, such as puppets, a parachute, or musical instruments.
Music and Movement takes place at multiple locations. Click here to find a Music and Movement near you (scroll to Locations Offered).
Play and Learn
At Play and Learn, children can play freely and engage in open-ended activities that support their: motor skills, literacy and language development, social-emotional learning, understanding of math and science, problem solving skills, and critical thinking skills.
Play and Learn takes place at multiple locations. Click here to find a Play and Learn near you (scroll to Locations Offered).

When We Play, We Learn
When your child plays, they are developing life-long skills that will help them to: create and maintain healthy relationships, make decisions, develop communication skills, and more. Click here to see how children birth to 6 years are learning these skills and so many more through six areas of development.
