Program Spotlight

GRAND-Parenting Program

Join other grandparents virtually every Thursday evening via Zoom from the comfort of your warm home (starting October 16, 2025) for lively discussions about GRAND-Parenting. Whether you are living in a multi-generational home, babysitting full time, or you just see the grand kids occasionally, explore ways to look after yourself, support your grown kids in their parenting roles while loving your grand kids.

Dad-to-Be 101

Dad-to-Be 101 is a supportive workshop for first-time dads who want to feel more prepared and confident as they step into fatherhood. This session will cover the basics of the prenatal and infancy stages, including: understanding pregnancy, supporting your partner, preparing for birth, and caring for a newborn.
