What's on this Week April 25-May 1

April 25, 2021

You and Your Baby

Have you recently given birth to or adopted a baby? Are you looking to connect with other new moms online? New moms with babies aged 0-9 months can join us for a six-week session of online classes with weekly topics including the birth experience and challenges in adjusting to parenthood during this unique time. Share information and resources with a supportive group through Zoom. Preregistration is required.

Infant Massage

This free 5-session online program gives participants the opportunity to learn the art of infant massage while promoting the bond between infant and parent/caregiver. This program is designed for infants who are not yet mobile. Preregistration is required.

On April 28th, join us for Navigating Relationships as a New Mom. Moms of new infants can explore how to manage the challenges in your relationships with your partner, extended family and friends as well as developing new relationships with others. We will reflect on the new needs mothers have after the birth of their baby and ways to reach out and connect in meaningful ways with others. Preregistration is required.

Whether this is your first baby or the newest addition, Breastfeeding Basics will help you achieve your own breastfeeding goals. Lactation consultant Ashley Pickett IBCLC will guide you through breastfeeding basics, where you can expect to learn how to get breastfeeding off to a good start in hospital and at home! Join us April 29th 1:30pm-3:00pm. Preregistration is required.

Do you have questions about your family’s nutrition? You are invited to join a Registered Dietitian and a BridgeWay staff member for an informal open-ended chat! Dietitian Chat reoccurs every second Monday at 1:30pm.

Me and My Dad

Connect with your children and other dads online during Me and My Dad. Dads with children aged 0-6 years can enjoy fun activities together through Zoom.
