Being a dad has its highs and lows, and it can be challenging to find help or to connect with others. Come share your thoughts and concerns about parenting, ask questions, and meet other dads in your community.

Just For Dads is open only to fathers of children from birth to 6 years old.

When looking into introducing new foods to your baby, the information available can be very confusing! In this free online workshop with Ashley Pickett IBCLC, we will discuss all that you need to know about adding complementary foods to your baby’s milk diet. Topics include how to tell when your baby is ready, what the best first foods are, textures, timing, and amounts to serve, Baby Led Weaning, pureed foods, preventing fussy eaters and recognizing sensitivities, and how to create a positive eating experience and a healthy relationship with food
