You and Your Baby

Have you recently given birth to or adopted a baby? Join BridgeWay staff online to connect with other first time moms and share resources in a supportive group. This is a free six-week program running every Monday 1:30pm-3:00pm from October 4th to November 15th. Weekly topics include the birth experience and challenges in adjusting to parenthood during this unique time. All first time mothers with infants aged 0-9 months are welcome. Introducing Solids

When looking into introducing new foods to your baby, the information available can be very confusing! In this free online workshop with Ashley Pickett IBCLC, we will discuss all that you need to know to know about adding complementary foods to your baby’s milk diet. Introducing Solids will take place Thursday, September 16th 1:30pm-3:00pm. Register for Introducing Solids here!

Making Your Own Baby Food

When your baby is about 6 months old, they are ready for solid food. You are likely wondering, “What foods should I give my baby? Join BridgeWay staff and a registered Dietitian in this free online workshop to learn the benefits of preparing your own homemade food for your baby, step-by-step instructions for making baby food, and introducing your baby to solid food. This workshop will take place Thursday, September 23rd 1:30pm-3:00pm. Register here!
